| Importance | |
| Creating a safe environment that prioritizes the wellbeing of all students and staff is essential because it lays the foundation for effective teaching, learning, and collaboration. Prioritizing well-being enhances teacher morale and reduces burnout, leading to more consistent, engaged teaching. For students, a focus on well-being creates a safer, more nurturing environment that promotes academic achievement and emotional growth. A focus on wellbeing also helps reduce stress, improves mental health, and promotes a sense of belonging, which are all critical for long-term success and personal growth. | |
